Jen is incredible! Came in to rent a U-Haul van and had unbelievable service. They were extremely warm, inviting and helpful. The truck I rented was also very clean and well maintained. While I can’t speak to the actual units, the lobby and outside area are incredibly clean. You can tell that the staff really care about the facility and their customers.

Probably the best service for a storage unit/U-Haul place I have ever gotten. The U-Haul was so nice in the back up. Camera was such a surprise and helped me so much when getting my couch from down the street from the Woodstock outlets it made it so smooth. Also driving their U-Haul is so easy. The ladies in the office were so super nice and told me that I would have no issue leaving my car there and they would be on the property. Great service. I definitely will come back anytime I need help with the U-Haul.

Okay…so, this is the 2nd retail from Compass Self Storage in 2 weeks. Another pleasant experience. You can tell a lot about a rental company in how they respond to adversity when there’s a hiccup in the rental process. The truck that I was renting had a dead battery. Jennifer, the service rep, had me in another truck in less than five minutes. I’ve been in situations like this before, when it was a disaster… But I was pleasantly surprised by the quick action of Jennifer and the team! Will rent here again!

I cannot say what kind of amenities these folks I have. I can say that they either erroneously rented to someone by stealing my identity or they sloppily reported me owing them money several years back to my credit report. I contacted them earlier this year asking for a call back and I never heard back. So I will now take steps to demand they remove the erroneous report on my credit reports in the legal amount of time and if they continue to ignore me, I will have to take them to small claims court to sue for three times the amount they say I owe. I suspect this was an honest mistake, but not hearing back from them makes me trust them less. I have never used their company whatsoever and yet they have dinged my credit score due to their mistake. Come on!

Extremely helpful and professional! The Manager was able to provide us with everything we needed. They were out of the regular Hand Dolly that we ordered but they had an Appliance Dolly that we were given. The Manager even offered up her own personal Dollie’s as a substitute if we didn’t like the Appliance Dolly. That’s some seriously good customer service!! We would 10/10 use this location again.

I went back home, when I went to pick the truck again at 10:00 am, I was told that the truck is messed up and they can’t rent it. They asked me to go to another shop which is 5 miles away. So, I picked up my U-haul truck at the Compass on Wade Green. At both Compass locations, my experience has been amazing.
