The police wh arrived at the scene said they have had so many break ins at this place and they’ve been trying to get this facility to increase security measures for the last couple years. This storage facility does not genuinely care about the clients. They face no consequence or pay no money if someone is robbed so they do nothing about the problem but tell you to take it up with the insurance. Very poor kept as well. Only good thing about this place is the nice ladies in the office . Very pleasant but wish they would’ve told me about this theft issue before hand. Would not recommend storing your personal items at this place. 0/10.

If this is how they choose to handle the situation then I would never do business with them especially storing or caring about any of my possessions. Avoid this location at all costs. They can’t even return a call after leaving messages for 3 days as well as their call center e-mailing them. Very poor service; and they should be ashamed!!!!

Putting a lock on my door that wasn't supposed to be there. No one ever answers the phone so you are forced to go in person. They lie about correcting their mistakes. Had them put in writing and they still didn't honor it said the lady who wrote it left. I wouldn't recommend you use their services. Poor customer service

I have made MULTIPLE attempts to get this resolved but no on will return my call which is very unprofessional.I just want my money refunded! ***Well I tried to call your district manager and left MULTIPLE MESSAGES and not once have they returned my call. Now I am at 180 dollars and headed to 200 on my next rate hike. Not happy about that. The site is clean and well secured. I guess that's what I'm paying for. It's a storage site.
