Brittany is the best!! She was able to answer all my questions, she went through the whole truck rental process with me and the best part was she was actually happy to do it. Brittany is very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. She was knowledgeable about her position, quick and accurate on all my needs. She assisted me into the secure parking location and helped with my parking storage spot. My step son didn’t follow me into the secure location and she went and got him for me. Above and beyond in her assistance.

The people who work there are so personable. It’s nice to have people that actually care for you and your things. We have to shout out Andrea, she made transferring and opening an account so easy. Not to mention she was so nice and accommodating. She even gave us an extra day to move our stuff. We couldn’t ask for a better storage place and family??

I have called every company out there in the last week within a 15 mile radius looking for storage. First looking online, then making phone contact. From the start Andrea was outstanding. First off, she answered the phone, which you would think would be without saying, but you would be surprised how many companies direct you to a call center in another state or have nobody working on the property all the time. Andrea was polite, professional and answered all my questions. On move in day, despite being extremely busy, she maintained her professionalism and gave every customer the respect and time they deserved. Her customer service is beyond exceptional. I feel very confident in storing my belongings at this facility especially with the security in place and given the fact that someone is in the office 7 days per week. Andrea has restored my faith that good customer service still exists. Thank you! You have earned my respect. Top notch!

Upon entering the store jarith walker greeted me and helped me in selecting a unit, then went over everything with me. I wasn’t even sure what size I needed so he took me out and showed me several units. I thought I needed a 10x10 but with his help I quickly realized I needed a 10x15. From start to finish he was OUTSTANDING to say the least. I’ve used other storage places in the past but I’ve never been treated nearly as well. If u need a storage unit this is the place to go!

Audrey was one of the best customer service representatives I've ever dealt with in any industry. Compass is a clean, safe, and well maintained facility with plenty of different options.
