But, changes in my living situation made storage a necessity. However, using Compass could not have been more positive. It was secure, easy to access, and my stuff was dry and free of any deterioration after many months of storage. The entire complex feels very secure and is easy to access. It was also very affordable compared to other local companies. Julie, the GM, was also incredible kind, professional, and helpful through the renting process and the cancelation process. The lady in the office, Julie, was super helpful! I walked in, said I need a asap & she had me in & out in no time! The only thing I could possibly complain about it there no being a break in between the stretches of units because walking them sucks ? but other than that, no complaints! Also I saw somewhere they have climate controls too which is perfect for small businesses! I may be getting a second unit soon too!

The manager called and said unless you don’t care about your credit you owe another full month + a late fee. Then when I payed it. He asked me if I was going to take my lock off so they could close me out. I said no, I payed for another month.

I would not advise using this self storage facility. Josh was real friendly at first and made everything sound way better than it was. The first step is you can get a certain percentage off for the first month if you leave them a five star review which leads to why they have such a great rating. The cost of my Storage unit just kept going up without getting any notice. I did get one notice but it was three months after the price had already went up. I have been trying to reach Josh for a good month now to get information but he never answers the phone and never calls back. I have moved all my stuff out of the storage unit because of this problem and I still try to reach him to let him know but of course no return calls. When I moved my stuff out I noticed he was in the office but conveniently when he saw the U-Haul truck he closed up shop and went over to the garage new store and felt like it was a priority to clean his car instead.
