Even tho we had to go old school and do our rental by paper, Bill made the experience just as nice as having up to date technology... Technology, you either Love it or Hate it. Thank you Bill

This is a great well kept facility. Bill has been a wonderful help in assisting with our needs on site. Very friendly.

AVOID THIS PLACE IF YOURE LONG TERM!! I get that a company has to make money but the price gouging here is absolutely disgusting. They raised my rent SIX times WITHOUT warning over the term of my two year rental. And then when you go on their site, my exact unit was renting for $114. Yet I was being charged $258. I asked why and he straight up said that it's cause they don't want people here for longer than three months. So they continue to raise the rent until the person moves. Absolutely ridiculous. Then they said I'm welcome to get that price of $114 if I move all of my stuff into the unit DIRECTLY NEXT TO MINE that was the same exact size. Like what?! Just avoid these scam artists. Companies like this that exploit their customers should be outed and shamed. I'm tired of the greed and money grabbing. Enough is enough. I have the receipts and screenshots to prove everything but apparently I can't upload it here.

I was able to book a van and storage space for a very reasonable price much lesser than I thought. Great customer service and I will use them in the future if I need to.

My sister & I have been working with Bill Utzinger at the Compass Self Storage facility on Princeton Glendale Road, Hamilton Ohio. Bill has been friendly, courteous and extremely helpful during my sister’s storage time frame. He’s a devoted employee who really likes his job. He helped my sister with suggestions with her storage area and couldn’t have been nicer to both of us. She is still using the facility and feels comfortable keeping her property stored there. The Property Manager Bill, is SUPERB! I've had ALOT of interaction with him for one year. I've had my unit since 2009. I had my account set up with auto pay. However, last year my bank account was hacked and I forgot to update my bank account info. I received a lockout notice and I called Bill. He worked with me to get my payments current. A few months later, I stopped into the office to let Bill know I would be closing the unit sometime soon. Due to alot of health issues, I knew I could not clean out my unit and he told me there were a couple of junk haulers/movers that he knew. About a week later, he called and provided me with their contact information. I dont know what I would have done without Bill's help this year! I means so much when you know someone actually cares about their customer! The only complaint I have is that Compass needs to keep their current customers in mind when making financial & marketing decisions. We are the bread & butter of your business. The constant price increases was a hard pill to swallow. $300 a month?! I truly understand the business concept of getting new business and keeping your units occupied. Ultimately, someone has to make up for the new business promo's. However, consider promotions for your current customer base. That's how we know you TRULY value our business.

Compass you should be aware that the manager "on-site" is not promoting your business. I looked online to rent a parking spot. The lady through the call center suggested I go look at the parking spots so I could see what I would be renting because it was my first time renting a spot from anywhere. I go to the location on Tuesday 11/8/22 at approximately 1 p.m. and the office door was locked but really loud music was coming from inside the office. I walk around to see if I could see anyone. Then I called the number on the door. It was the call center. She had the manager call me back. He does and says "you must be the one that called during my 5 minute lunch." I was actually there for approximately 25 minutes before I left and ended my call with the call center and I was already in Sharonville by the time he called back. Then he says " the company wants me to rent more spaces but I can't. I have boats and everything else here even though it shows that I have parking." He was very rude during the whole conversation because I called in on him. Luckily I found a better company called Public Storage on East Kemper Rd. Very friendly. I feel bad for Compass with that type of an employee.

I would just like to say that the customer service here and absolutely fantastic. Big thumbs up to Kelly Sutherlin. Very nice lady and very kind and polite.

Looked at a few other places but was so relieved I came across Compass the GM Bill Utzinger was amazing! He was very professional, friendly and let us know everything we needed to know, showed us around two different units and helps us work through what we needed. I feel great knowing my things are protected and would highly recommend renting from them. They also have truck rentals if needed. Go see Mr. Utzinger and tell him I sent you and trust me you will be as pleased as I am!

Guy that answered the phone was courteous and not only answered my question, but quickly got me setup up with a truck for the following day. Pick-up was fast and efficient, returned after hours. Overall happy with the service from this experience.

I have been at Compass storage for about five years now and the starting price for my unit was $65. It seems like every time I turn around they raise the price $10. The lady that ran it before these new people had me move my stuff to another storage unit so I could get a lower the price. Now I am up to $130 a month. It's time to clean out my stuff and say goodbye to compass Storage.
