We are off to a bad start. I rented an storage online. Checked the schedule and it was suppose to be open. When I came in it was closed. The employee was arguing with a customer telling him he had things to do and was leaving and may come back in an hour. Same argument with me. He started he didn't care about the customers and he was leaving and coming back when he could. I used them before, and they were meeting nice. This person's today, shouldn't be dealing with customers

Going in on Saturday morning for an upgrade to a larger unit I received excellent customer service from Tiffany at the front desk. Fastest most enjoyable experience I've had and I've used many other facilities in the past. Less than 5 minutes and I was moving my unit. Thank you Tiffany for the great experience!

Tiffany is amazing! I needed a storage unit last minute and not only was the rate great but the service was excellent. I didn’t get out of work until 5 and even though they closed at 5:30, Tiffany waited for me to stop by. She went over all the details efficiently and provided top-tier customer service. On top of that the storage was clean and access is super easy and efficient. I would definitely recommend!
