This place has been a blessing. Shelley and Paul are the best at service. I reserved online and as soon as I hung up they called me to set me up with the final details. They’re friendly and go above and beyond to fill all your moving needs. That was less than a week ago and now I wanted an upgrade and it was done in a flash at the drop of a hat. This place is great. Customer service is above excellent and prices are also great. Highly recommend it!

I required a short term storage unit for my son who is a student at UCF. The location was convenient and the staff were professional and friendly. Even though I needed storage for less than a month, the staff never made me feel like 'less of a customer'. Very clean facilities and their prices are extremely reasonable. I would highly recommend this location for any of your storage needs. I will use again in the future.

He went over every question I had remaining politely and making I had an understanding about everything regarding my rental with them. He showed me different units and did it with a smile. He examples great customer service and really sets the tone! You will not be disappointed with the care you receive from him. As they say, the representative speaks for the company being that, they are the first ones you meet. Let’s just end this review by saying he is definitely making Compass look fantastic!
