Well I was paying more for the unit but didn’t know so while I was paying for that unit Stacy one of the employees said …. U know u can get something bigger for what I paying now ? Not even knowing I needed more space but just couldn’t handle the storage rent .. I jump at the chance … he didn’t even know he was saving my life .. & when I went to do the agreement he was there as well as Ms. Kim whom serenaded me with funny stories until another client came in where she helped immediately and then when she was done, came right back to me and showed me The attention and respect that I didn’t even know what, See what I like about this storage place it’s always a common face always a funny story to be heard or said and always Respectful and professional . I’ve been there for years and I’m not leaving until I get my home but just to have some stuff safe. I feel like even having my stuff still there would be a great idea. Reason Plus, it gives me a reason to just have some good old chitchat With the employees because no matter who you Who you talk to there’s always A friendly face! Nothing new is required or has been given at this location that justifies such an increase. Every 6 months they raise rates for no reason at all. This place is terrible

My uncle rented a U-Haul today and was unclear of the rental, return and insurance policy so he asked a lot of questions. It's hard to believe that service reps care these days, but my uncle had all his questions answered with a genuine smile. Even when my uncle stumbled to install the U-Haul app, our rep walked him through it. That's customer service done right.

I’ve been coming here since 2017. No matter where I am at in the city this is where I come for storage security. That’s because the location is ideal. It’s always easy to get here, and the surrounding environment feels very loved and protected.

My experience started well with this place. I stored my furniture here and when I can back to finally remove it there was a mice infestation. Mice crawled out of my unit, mouse droppings on floor and all over my furniture. My furniture was clean and I never had a mouse problem and stored absolutely no food in my unit, so this is not something that was in my furniture before placing it at this facility. It was disgusting. Mouse dropping everywhere. I had to throw away and sanitize so many things, costing additional time and money. I talked to a lady on the phone about this and was told to use my own personal insurance to cover the damage and that the storage company would give me a call back about the issue. Never received any follow up call or email. Very disappointed about this. Store at your own risk I guess.
