HORRIBLE!!!!!! The Conyers location on Lakefield drive… DON’T! I did a pre booking and arrived at 9:30am on Monday (time they’re supposed to be open) and no one was there. I called and called and no one answered. I called the corporate number to try and reach someone and it was an answering service that could not help me besides saying, “They’re supposed to be there. I don’t know where what are! I’ll send an email” I waited until 10:30AM and no one was still there. SMH! I went down the street and was pleased with another storage company. Definitely got a refund.

This hasn't been the best experience for me at this location. I found rodent droppings in my unit and they have ambushed and torn up my fairly new sofa and pretty much made it their home. I called the front office and they suggested moving me to another unit. Which isn't rectifying the issue, that will only create a new home for the rodents. Not to mention the rates have gone up by a $100 in the last 6 months. Don't store your belongings here!

I was a customer for over a year and unfortunately in March 2022 I lost my job. I communicated with them and explained to them that I didn’t have the full amount, but I could pay something. They said that wasn’t an option and waited until the last week in April to tell me that they can accept half of the balance as long as I get my items asap. My issue is that they waited until I was out of money to give me that option and then auctioned or threw away ALL of my items.
