I recently rented a unit here and the first storm that came through after I moved in leaked water through the roof and ruined about $300 worth of stuff. Since this is less than my insurance deductible I asked for a billing credit but they refused since they said any problems must be cared for by the renters insurance. It’s been several weeks and they still haven’t confirmed if the leak was fixed or not so part of my unit is still unusable. Too many other storage units around to deal with a company that doesn’t take care of their customers.
