Very clean and the nice AC was a plus to help me survive the heat in the south. Very very nice ladies. They welcome us and was kind. I found Compass Storage online when I looked up storage units closest to my location. The website was pretty easy to navigate and I was able to reserve an air conditioned unit in just a few steps. One of the managers reached out to me about 1-2 days after; she was polite and gave me clear instructions on how to find them. I rented the 5x10 ac-controlled unit for clothes, stuffed toys, and papers. At the office, the procedures were explained clearly to me and the staff member was very helpful.
