She was so knowledgeable when speaking with tech support and got the problem resolved. I worked in the customer care industry and would have Regina as a role model for other employees. They have been so friendly and accommodating over the past year that I’ve dealt with them. I had a situation come up where I couldn’t meet a vendor and they kindly offered to give my driver directions and the key to my unit, and even called to let me know when they arrived.
