The manager JP was very helpful and pleasant throughout the process. We did however have a question about a promotion that could not be addressed in the office. We ultimately ended up speaking with a manager above JP that answered our question and resolved the situation, I appreciated that but I have to say I was surprised at what I was told by that manager. After he patiently waited while I told my story, in case any of our 4 messages left had not been clear, he asked if I was done? I said yes, I'm being quiet now. He said oh it's okay. I waited while you were rattling off about things... I was wishing the personable guy JP that manages the Gibsonia location would have been able to help us with our question because I don't think he would tell a customer that he was letting her "rattle off about things". I still give it 5 stars though because I am really happy about this location and the time JP took with us. I just hope I never have any reason to talk to anyone not physically at the location again.

Ron took me to the storage unit so I could make certain it would fit our needs. It’s nice that Compass offers insurance for a low rate, and the rates for spaces are also reasonable. I also feel that my possessions will be secure there. When Ron called me to confirm my reservation (before I went there in person to complete it) he sounded super friendly, and meeting him, he really was nice. Ron is a great representative for Compass.

In the past I used this storage facility however I no longer use the facility and have not had an account there in over a year. On June 27, 2022 I mistakenly issued them an electronic payment/check for $215.64. Once I reviewed my bank statement I realized they cashed the check even though I no longer have an account with them apparently treating it like found money. I have called and spoken with Levi a number of times and emailed him the documentation with the proof of the payment. Having gotten nowhere with Levi I stopped in and spoke with Ken in person who assured me it would be taken care of yet they still have not issued me a refund check. Before you use store anything at this location or any other Compass Storage facility I HIGHLY recommend you review Compass Storage on the Better Business Bureau site.
