I needed a VERY last minute storage solution. Not only was it quick and easy online but Phil was honestly the most friendly customer service I have had post COVID. the process of signing up and renting was so quick within the hour I was storing my things. Buildings look nice and show no signs of water/weather damage. And the PRICE. Pft there’s literally not better option for the area we live. Can I give 6/5 stars? Because I am.

I have rented from Compass for the past 2 years 2021/23 and just moved the last of my items out of storage. I initially rented 2 of their largest units and for the past 8 months just the one. The staff are both friendly and helpful and I would rent again if and when the need arises.

I recently spoke to Phil as to the possibility of renting a storage unit. With the understanding, I was not yet ready to rent but plan on moving to that area, Phil was so helpful in understanding my needs. He was professional yet approachable, giving me much useful advice as to size and other considerations. It is definitely the first on my list should our plans follow though.

My mom recently passed away and had a storage unit here. She was behind on her bill because she unfortunately was homeless due to her addiction. When I got in contact with this facility they told me they would not help me unless I paid $500 up front to even SEE what was in the unit. I had no idea what my mom had saved in there and I did not have the $500 to gamble with. The unit went up for auction and I lost everything in there. I was out bid, which is understanding. But it never should have gotten to this point. The initial women I spoke with was rude, unhelpful and had zero compassion. Whoever bought the unit, I hope you see this and know how much heartache you’ve cause me. You were asked to leave behind photos, which I know there was because I saw the frames, and you chose not too. That was the last of my mothers stuff and for you to hear my story and decide to leave ONE photo is sickening. I would NOT recommend this place to anyone.

I have to change my review from five stars to one star. I started out there a year and a half ago at $175 after one year they raised me up to $215. 6 months after the last raise I'm up to 250. They lure you in with low rates and then continually raise them on you..update they raised me 3 times in a years times. Run and never come back. I will be getting my stuff out ASAP.

It was a good experience. Phil was very knowledgeable and efficient and helpful.

This is my 1st time renting a storage unit and I am very well satisfied. The fellow who greeted me and stepped me through the sign up was very pleasant, kind and helpful. The unit is a good size and perfectly clean. I am very happy with my decision to use Compass Self Storage.

This is the best and the nicest storage facility I have ever rented from (I have rented from other facilities in the past). I had up to 5 storage units here at a given time. If I would need another unit tomorrow morning, it would only take a few minutes of paperwork. If I need to move to a bigger unit, no problem at all. Penny and Phil that run this facility are extremely professional, but most of all, and first of all, they are very friendly (always smile on their faces), very kind, helpful and flexible. They go out of their way to help you with any needs you might have, very responsive to your questions or requests. If you were to pull up there today, they have everything for you to rent a unit on the spot. You can also rent online. But I highly recommend stopping by and talking to Penny and Phill, they will make your day :) The units and property are very clean and well-maintained. Very easy access during off hours. Plenty of light after dark. There are security cameras monitoring the property, I always feel safe there, even if I’m there at 10 PM. Easy access from route 78 makes it a perfect location. I have recommended the storage facility to my friends and they are very happy there too. If you are looking for some extra storage for your precious possessions, this is by far the best place!

I have had a storage unit with Compass for a little over a year and they have always helped me when I needed it. I will always refer them to others.
