Our Guys moving our Salvaged furniture used the Truck’s, Dolly’s and supplies we purchased from them. I could not recommend a better place . 5 STAR SERVICE. EXCEPTIONAL DURING THESE REALLY HARD TIMES. We lost our home for at least 6 months from storm damage - dry out - mold remediation - roof repairs - remodel etc… Thank you JR and Elisha!

My family had rented a unit from another self storage place in the area (rhymes with Smublic Smorage) which raised our rent 3 times in the 3 months we rented the unit, with no reasoning given and no notice. So we started looking for a different self storage place that was still close to our home. We use the items in storage semi-regularly, we just have a small duplex that doesn't have a lot of storage space. We decided to check out Compass Self Storage since our neighbors have a unit there. I apologize for not remembering the owner's name, but when we walked in, he was friendly, he listened to what we were looking for and brought us to 2 units in climate controlled that fit our needs. We had not yet moved out of the other unit, so we didn't have a lock for the new unit. He said, "no problem, I can leave our lock on it for now. Just let me know when you come back, I'll unlock the unit.". Which was great. We rented the unit on Saturday, moved in on Sunday, and we love it. The climate controlled is must nicer and cooler, and the best part (other than the stellar customer service) is that the units are metal and concrete, not wood (like the previously mentioned self storage place). No bugs, extremely low risk of fire, and just a better self storage place in general.

My feelings are mixed on this place. Initially it was the cheapest place to get storage. A long term storage rental will be exorbitantly expensive. The rates are increased like clockwork and it gets pricey quick. Be aware of what you're getting into. But, it's the price you pay off you don't have another spot to store your things. That being said, the staff at Compass on Cortez were continually as helpful as they could be while staying within the corporate rules they needed to follow. Bob and Rich are both good people and their help is greatly appreciated. They did try to ease the pain of the rent. Again, beware that long term storage will be a huge money drain. If you don't need the items, downsize instead.

Rich and Rob!! Thank you guys for making a very difficult time in my life a little easier. You see Rich and Rob made me laugh on some of the days I wanted to cry. I needed their services not because I wanted to get a storage unit, but I need to store my life temporarily. They were both friendly, professional, and proficient. Both of these men clearly enjoy working with people and care about meeting their needs. Rob secured a 50% off special on my unit and Rich did a handy man special on my latch when it was giving me grief. Both these guys took great care of me and I truly appreciate their kindness!! Our remote leasing process allows us to safely rent to our tenants, without our tenants having to come in to our rental office or interact directly with facility management. Please note, our facility management is still on site. We are able to offer a wide range of options to rent remotely including but not limited to; tenants' ability to tour the facility without management while utilizing site maps, tenants' ability to complete the rental process over the phone, tenants' ability to complete rental documents utilizing email, tenants' ability to purchase merchandise and utilize truck rental service without management interaction. We are taking advantage of technology and the use of our phones to safely walk our tenants through the entire rental process while practicing social distancing.
