Went to this location by accident. A Gentleman at a competitor guided me here by mistake as he was informing me of a second location of theirs. Am I glad he did. I walked in and Chris listened to me (even I would have cut myself off and explained that I was in the wrong place) as most would have cut me off mid explanation. Not Chris, he was very patient. I went back 2 days later to actually get the unit. Not only was Chris just as polite and patient, he was joined by Beth who is just as friendly/patient/informative. This was the ONLY place I looked at. Location was convenient. Price didn't matter (theyre cheaper than the competitor I was originally seeking) because the service was beyond what one gets I. today's entitled society. At the age of 53, I have never needed a storage unit. I kind of wish I had in the past just so I could have received this level of service. VERY VERY satisfied with my decision.

I just want to say Chris Peterson is very informative and very professional and knows exactly what he’s doing and how to talk to people when they come in. I was filling information to fill out to rent a storage unit with my family and as I was sitting down filling out the paperwork other customers came in to see storage units and rent the rental trucks. I haven’t had a lot of experience in using storage facilities, but if Beth and Chris are indicative of your other employees at other locations, I would recommend Compass to my friends and relatives alike. The storage units I rented were clean and well maintained.

I do not recommend using this storage company. Find somewhere else. I decided to use this storage unit to put some furniture as we were in the middle of moving. Regardless of the payment due stated on your contract they have all right to increase the amount at any given time. (As long as they send a letter, that magically never arrived even when I asked for another copy). It’s more convenient to stay rather than rent a whole new uhaul and move to another company. Which is why they can do as they please. Besides the $$$, the units are absolutely not safe or protected at all. The units were “rushed and built” - employee, which shows as the garages are only held by 2 bolts. Which is the reason my garage completely collapsed on one side. Having to wait a week for the one maintenance person to put us on the schedule , and having to waste 2-3 hours of my time standing around as they fixed it. I added a picture of them in the process of fixing it. So to wrap it up; your items aren’t as protected as they should be, closing the garage a few times will rip the frame off the wall and you can expect a price increase 2-3 months during your contract. I was unaware that this facility existed until today. I purchased storage auctions and am familiar with most and I must say that this is not only one of the cleanest facilities I've visited, but Beth and her trainee are among the friendliest and loveliest employees I've dealt with. I simply cannot thank them enough for making this an efficient and positive transaction. While I was there Beth had another customer come in and while she was helping me she referred to her customer by her name and I just think that that is absolutely amazing. That's a big step above standard customer service. Highly recommended where do I hit submit

For years now I have been overwhelmed with happiness every time I interact with anyone at this location. Beth is the most helpful person you can ask for, I wish there was one of her in every business that existed. Also Beth, thank you for always being so kind, it has shined on a bad day and made it great. I still remember Jeremy before he transferred to home office, another very nice person. Plus, Ryan has been here a few months and every time we’ve spoken has been a pleasure. They keep the property super clean (even when people aren’t!) and the AC is a huge benefit to come into on a hot day. Always carts available in the elevators, everything you need is available to you here. Even if you forgot a box, or need a new lock, their office has it so you don’t have to take a trip back to Walmart, Home Depot, etc. Overall this is such a great place of business! If you are looking for storage I’m not sure somewhere else can meet their accommodations with their customer service, you should definitely look into them.

The storage buildings are covered in toxic black mold. Sky high prices! Take your business elsewhere as I have done! Would give zero stars if possible!

The space was clean and it smelled nice. They also have a nice restroom in the office if you need it. Very very nice 10/10 would recommend. If your looking for a storage facility this is the one.
