So far this place is great.. the only thing I can suggest is that they try and check the storage entrances to make sure?there's a cart/dolly to assist in moving heavy or big objects into the storage unit. The only time I could find one was the first day I rented my unit but couldn't find one after when I really needed it! The staff is friendly and it's clean and fairly private. Decent prices from what I came across looking for a unit to rent!

Wish there was 24 hr access. I often have to get up early and or work late,it is extremely frustrating that I have to wait on permission to access my stuff I'm loosing time and money,as well as having to reset my plan of the day,because of this. I would like to stay in this facility,but I feel this only a temporary stay.

Kathryn Geller is amazing!! She is very patient and answered all my questions. She went over everything with me. I’m so happy I’m renting here.

I originally rented a storage unit with U-Haul after being at Public Storage for 9 months and being very unhappy there. I learned that my new unit at U-Haul wasn’t even behind a gate or fence and had someone walk up and offer me drugs the very first day. I then found Compass Storage and I couldn’t be happier. Not only is my unit behind a locked gate/fence the lady in the office made me feel right at home from the second I walked in the door. I’m confident that my belongings will not only be safe here but that I’ll also be treated with respect and won’t have to worry about being safe when I go there. I definitely recommend Compass Storage to anyone!!

Unfortunate update as of 01/18 due to the customer service of the employees here not “correctly” doing their jobs, or just being lazy.. I can no longer recommend this storage unit company, and I will hope to find a new unit. I asked to receive phone calls regarding my account being past due or due and there is also a note on my account to receive phone calls and they still don’t do it. Being scolded being told it’s “just an curtesy we don’t have to call you” But as a paying client I’m asking of this, it is not hard to call someone. I will no longer be recommending this facility. After using this unit in the past I have continuously used it now and I am so happy! The manager, Allison is super sweet she really does an amazing job! I will always recommend people to use this facility in this area!

Cathryn was excellent and knowledgeable in renting a unit. Security is top notch with an access code required for entry and exit. She lives here on the property so there is 24/7 surveillance. We got the first month free on a clean and big unit. Went back a second time for boxes and packing supplies and Allison was super helpful and hands on. Best service I’ve had yet at any unit we’ve ever rented! Thanks to compass we are confident our stuff is secure and safe all while getting great service every time we go in.

I am giving Compass Storage 5 stars but would give more stars to Kathryn Geller and Allison Winters. I am living in Washington state and hired a company to move my storage unit to me. To my SHOCK the moving company dumped some of my stuff in a into a dry water flow that is on the property of compass storage. Kathryn and Allison took the time and compassion to gather up my sentimental value things that I have been saving for years and sent it to me. I am truly grateful to them. Knowing if it was anyone else I probably would have never seen my things again. They are AMAZING and I highly recommend there business for short or long term storage. And I’m definitely going to pay it forward. Thank you Kathryn and Allison.

Great place for starter businesses or ones needing the space but not really a true storefront. Always clean, super friendly. And you network with the other businesses and help each other out. Its quiet most the time as everyone is usually out working all day. But we actually do turn on some jams and share a meal with others occasionally after a long week of hard work. They offer regular climate control units too not just the commercial shops. They rent trucks, sell boxes and you can get mail and packages there too. Its cool. Would definitely recommend.

We were given the best service by the staff here and moved in with ease . I love the hours here as well there’s many times I worked late but still needed to grab a few things as I could from our unit and some as late as 10 o’clock at night . With the storm that just passed, the units are dry! Viewed 5x15, 10x10. Very happy with my selection of the 10x10, I feel my items, and my money are being well invested. We chose Compass on the basis of their exceptional staff and clean, well laid-out facility. Ashley was great when giving us the tour and answering questions, and Kathryn was really helpful setting everything up. They made sure we got the best unit available in our size, ran down all the policies, and were even accommodating to our (very annoying) children. In addition, there are many units to choose from, the aisles are wide enough to more than comfortably accommodate two cars, and the facility and property is clean. No exposed insulation, bare walls, trash flying around, or side-swiped cars here!
