Also the rates are very affordable in comparison to surrounding companies I have worked with in the past especially for climate controlled units. Definitely recommend

I picked up a Uhaul from them yesterday. They were the best customer service I have ever had when renting a Uhaul. I just returned the Uhaul about an hour ago. The guy that helped me went over every detail about what the costs were and what would happen next. The next time I need a Uhaul. I will go to them. Compass Self Storage's service is worlds better than going to the Uhaul owned place on East Colonial and Alafaya. If I ever need a storage unit, I would use Compass Self Storage on East 50 as well. Very very impressed with the service and care their people provide. Thank you

I had a wonderful experience dealing with Sheela. I observed how detailed she was in explaining to the customer before me on what to do as she handed the keys and contract to include (upon return taking the pictures upo of mileage, vehicle etc. I WAS'NT told any of that where I picked up my rental from another city. In dealing with my return Sheela guided me with what to do to get my final bill when I call UHaul. I loved the customer service at this location and will come back here should I need a Uhaul aaqlocally.

The service rep was very friendly and professional. She helped me pick up the van quickly and made sure I had what I needed!

Terrible Terribke experice! They are not garbage cans so we had to pay all the garbage with ours and the manager refused to help us by holding a microwave for a few hours because we couldn’t fit it on our car, we had to take the microwave and the garbage on top of my daughters lap all the way to a dumpster. Poor customer service, poor facilities, you need to have garbage cans for your clients in there.

Old manager used to be great. New manager does not seem to care about customers at all. Will be looking for a new place immediately after their screw ups 2 days in a row.
