I recently used compass self storage, and I’m extremely pleased with the service. The facility is clean, well-maintained, and secure, with 24-hour surveillance and gated entry, which made me feel confident leaving my belongings there. The staff was friendly, professional, and went out of their way to help me choose the right unit size. The process of renting a unit was seamless, and the pricing is very competitive for the area. One of the best features is their climate-controlled units, which were perfect for storing my sensitive items. Access to the units is convenient, and there are carts available to help move heavy items, which was a huge plus. The entire experience was hassle-free, and I would definitely recommend this storage facility to anyone looking for safe and reliable storage solutions."

Was not impressed, compared to other U Haul stores, especially when they add ins n initial reservation did not include it. $30 wasted!! Also we had to keep truck an extra day, and lost 3 hours. They only have 1 26'? Maybe leave room for prior reserved needs!! Also, drop off, never mentioned the gas she charged for, especially when we just filled it up n no thank you, nothing. Customer service needs improvement!!

There is water, unfortunately it's the run off from the roof & it runs off right in the middle of the door. The employee I spoke with the day I rented was very nice & professional. Third time was the charm! I had a reservation at Safeguard & showed up with my reservation email. Took 15 minutes for someone to answer the door just to tell me they didn’t receive their opening permits so I couldn’t move in the day of my confirmed reservation. Then went to Simply storage down the street & they didn’t have the size unit I was looking for. The guy there recommended Compass Storage. They were great from the first phone call. Once got to the shop the General Manager got be all set up with everything I needed. Even got to talk about video games with her. She definitely turned my not so great day around. Highly recommend.

Jena @ Compass Self Storage is a spectacular human. When a peer company mixed up my order for a uhaul truck and dolly, she took really good care of me. I was annpyed with myself that i did not immediately go to them. Havong rwnted storage units throughout the years this location has clean storage units and work hard to keep your possessions safe. They are the only local company that consistently has stock of uhaul trucks and quickly processes an order. Their customer service is exemplary and no one around can compete with them. This is the only place to go in Hernando or north Pasco counties for your Storage or uhaul needs.
