Lexi was great she assisted with great ease. I’ve rented 15 units across multiple locations and she was the only one to supply a map and make it easy for us!

Lexi was amazing and very timely efficient at getting me all set up with my last minute unit rental right as the facility was closing for the workday!

08/10/2024 For some reason I can’t write a new review for my experience today ? I wanted to shout out Lexy Mitchell. She helped me with getting a U-Haul also I can move a couple things from my storage unit. She was extremely helpful and made things affordable and stress free. I appreciate her kind attitude and looking out for me today ?? General manager working (I can’t member name ?) but for 210 location was so awesome in helping me find a better deal and a more convenient storage unit. Saved me money and keeping me a longer customer because of the experience. Thank you! She was to the point. Thorough with her explanation and just no b.s all around. Such an easy transition moving to the new storage unit. Feel like service encounters should always be like this!

Update! I just had to drop this down to a 3 star review because of my dealings with Mandy. We had an issue with our unit and she was terribly rude, aggressive, and accepted zero responsibility for the issue. She also couldn't keep the story straight on how the problem came to be. It's quite concerning. Corrie, Lexy and Mandy were all so helpful in helping me get boxes, pick a storage size ,and getting me set up quickly.

I rented a unit lto be able to move in items from a moving truck to the storage for first thing Saturday morning. It is very hot in Florida, so I wanted to start early in the morning. I was told I would be able to access the unit at 6 am. I arranged for workers to be there to help me unload a 26' truck. when I got there, my unit was locked and the office didn't open until 10 am. I called the local number and got voice mail. I called the 800 number on the Compass storage sign hoping they could help and then realized the number couldn't be right because it had too many numbers. So I had to send my workers away while I waited for the storage unit to open. so instead of getting the work done before the heat of the day, we were unpacking right into the afternoon and I had people who I had to pay for a whole day instead of half a day as I planned. The units are nice which is the only reason I rated it a 1. Carroll

The place is clean but the operating pricing tactics are frustrating. There’s no reward for being a loyal customer because you can absolutely expect your storage cost to increase 2-3 times a year, claiming the local area’s prices have increased when they really haven’t. It’s just their operating model: increase prices and push people out. So you have two options, pay it or go through the hassle of moving to a new storage unit. Very frustrating!
