My experience went like this: I was going to rent at an ExtraSpace storage next door, however due to the nasty and arrogant attitude of one of the reps at that location, I quickly change my mind and instead ended up renting at Compass Self Storage on 2021 S. Military trail, West Palm Beach, FL. There, I was kindly and patiently attended by two really nice, respectful reps, Eduardo and Gladys. Great location and facilities. Great job!! I went in on Saturday at 4:49 not knowing that they close at 5 pm, I just wanted some info on a rental. The rep not only gave me the info she showed me not one but 2 different units. I told her that I would come back another day because it was already after 5 and I knew she had to close. Well this rep Gladys said no worries I can sign you up, it will only take a few minutes. Wow I honestly never had someone go past their time with a complaint and she did it with a genuine smile. She was a sweetheart and didn’t rush through the process, she took her time and explained everything to us. Now that’s GREAT customer service!

It’s very upsetting that the indoor lights in the building are on a timer, if you need to work in your unit for several hours, you have to keep walking out of the unit to activate the lights. I was all the way in the back of my unit organizing, with a whole bunch of stuff blocking my way, and I was left in COMPLETED DARKNESS! Not even an emergency light was on. While still in the darkness, I called the office and spoke to Tiffany who explained that nothing can be done about it (not her fault). So, every few minutes I have to stop my organization, get down the letter, find my way among all the mess on the floor to go dance outside and then go back inside, up the letter and continue for another few mins. This is a whole day job, imagine how many times I’ll have to keep going up & down the letter and through the boxes ? For me this is a safety hazard!

I am very impressed with Tiffany the girl in office, she was so kind and knowledgable. The faculity is clean and secure. Thank you

This place is a joke…. They try to hook you with the low price at first then every few months they raise the price. Its honestly ridiculous? In the last few months my payments have gone up and the problem is by how much. A few months ago it went up about $22 now it’s going up again but this time almost $40! They are definitely going to start loosing customers with these price hikes! Do better ?????

We were not sure what size storage we needed and Gladis was more then willing to take us around to look at other sizes with no attitude. I am very glad we decided to go with Compass Self Storage very clean, working bathrooms left unlocked for use, GREAT prices and most importantly a friendly and welcoming service. I would certainly recommend them to friends and family.
