Oh my gosh, If you should ever need a storage definitely use Compass . I visited the 1050 Flat Shoals locations where I received assistance from the representative Andre whom provided exceptional service . We went to rent a climate controlled storage unit on Sat. Andre was very professional and kind. He answered all of our questions politely. The facility is very clean and secure. Our unit is not only climate controlled but bigger than the unit we had at our other storage. It is also less expensive. We are happy with our decision and the transparency at this location

My daughter and I are so pleased with Andre. He was extremely pleasant and very knowledgeable. We definitely chose the right space for our storage needs.

Andre was absolutely amazing. I had an issue being locked out of my unit and the Sigman location was closed. I had a car full to from off and I didn’t have the option to take it back home as we are clearing things out etc. There was a number posted to call on the sign on the door. He was the voice on the other line though I didn’t expect an answer. He called me back promptly and informed me that he would be here in 10-15 minutes to help me gain access. He was. He got my keys. I was so grateful and surprised as well. Great job Andre.

My husband and I (Keith LaMotta & LaTasha Crawford) came into compass self storage today with the intent to rent a 10×15 space. After speaking with Andre Bates he suggested a 10x20 to hold our items that fill a 3 bd room house. We were given a tour of the two spaces and couldn't agree more with his suggestion. Property, units are clean and pest free. Mr. Bates customer service is very refreshing. 10/10 recommend!

I had called several storage facilities around the area, not just Conyers. Either they didn't have the unit I needed or the price was beyond my budget. Upon calling Compass Storage on Flat Shoals in Conyers, I was professionally and pleasantly greeted by Mr. Andre. He provided answers to all my questions and assured me he would be able to help me with not just my storage needs, but also with some moving/packing needs if required. Although and I contacted Compass on short notice, Andre made it happen. Thanks Andre for your professionalism and for being a great guy.

We had our storage units prior to Compass Storage becoming the new ownership. I had absolutely no complaints with the facility when it was Storage Time, but I am pleasantly impressed by the new ownership. From their technology (security cams that zoom in miles down hwy 138) to the signage and how thorough everything is. The new lease, though lengthy was an engaging read because it makes clear the rights and responsibilities of both us as tenants of storage units and them as owners/landlords. I had the pleasure of meeting the manager Mr. Andre and his demeanor is that of genuine customer service. If you have to have storage facility usage, I recommend Compass Storage.

Ms. Bridgette gave excellent customer service to me and my company. Would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for storage space.

If I could leave a zero start review, that’s what it would be. When it was called Storage Time, this place was great! Roy and Andrea were awesome!! Compass has taken over since December 15th. I placed a call today and Andre the “supervisor” was extremely rude due to not being able to answer my question regarding the auction fee. Once I let him know customer service isn’t the job for him and advised I will be contacting corporate, he chose to tone it down. I have already contacted corporate, but I also chose to leave a review as well which is something I never do. He needs training on customer service and needs to be demoted until he learns how to conduct himself in a professional manner. I am beyond disgusted with the service I received this morning. Take your items anywhere but here.

I'm not looking for sympathy just letting everyone know they will not work with you. Charge very high late fees multiple times. Something just doesn't seems right about their set up .

Brand new state of the art facility with great customer service. Roy the manager is just awesome. You can rent climate control units 10X10 for $135 or non climate control units for $105 a month . 24 hour access with top security with very clean brand new units. Plus they are U-haul dealers, you just rent a trailer move your stuff to the storage facility and drop it off at the same place makes it so much easier.
