The woman at the counter was very unprofessional. Started making up policies that she couldn’t account for. Felt very stereotyped walked in and she was rude for no apparent reason acting as if I was doing something fraudulent. Customer service definitely was a 0 star for me.

My experience was awesome. Staff was very very personable and helpful. So far I feel at ease choosing your storage company.

When we arrived for our mobile pickup that stress was almost amplified as the truck didn’t show assigned on the app. Josie pulled up just in time and helped us quickly and efficiently. We were even there before technical open hours and she still assisted us without hesitation. She not only kept us on schedule but provided pointers on the truck and equipment. 10/10 recommend. Mgrs. India and Josey are very attentive to Customer storage needs and had the right storage locker for me and got me checked in with all the paperwork and I use my own previous renters insurance. They are good about replacing the weather seal on the bottom of the locker sliding door. They are Customer friendly.

From the initial web search to the day I moved my things in everything was seamless! I reserved a storage online and was contacted by Josie within minutes. I was shocked! From start to finish she was so kind and professional which is so rare nowadays. She made me feel like my business was wanted and appreciated. I also rented a Uhaul on-site which was very convenient. The location is absolutely perfect. The facility, unit and truck were all immaculate.

I came in to this location to inquire about a U-haul and the staff was so nice. India was especially helpful definitely recommend.

After 15 years of customer loyalty and 100% timely payments, we were told that our rent would increase every 6 months....Forever. We are now paying $696 per month more for the very same storage space a new customer would only be charged $530.00 for. You read that right! This is an outrageous policy. Everyone should be charged the same amount of money for equal storage space. Loyal and long-time customers should not be penalized! Time to take our business elsewhere.

I had a difficult situation where my home construction was delayed for 3 months while moving from out of state and both of the ladies made storing my belongings a breeze. They found me an amazing deal, recommended the correct size (glad I didn't go with my choice of a smaller unit), and worked it out so I could move in and out at my convenience. I was honestly sad to move out because I won't be seeing India and Josie as much as before. Excellent customer service and attitude and good folks. Safe location and good rates. Store here without any worries!

This poor rating is for their U-Haul service. The place as a storage unit looked to be fine. If you don’t want to accept trailers for U-Haul returns then update whatever you have to. The U-Haul website lists you as an option to return my trailer and U-Haul customer service said they were the only place in my city that I could return a trailer to. Lady was very nice behind the counter but would not take the trailer back even though my paperwork says to return there and I showed her on the app. She called somebody and then wrote down an address and sent me ten minutes down the street to return the trailer. Get there and the guy knows nothing about it and I had to call U-Haul customer service who was trying to tell me to go back to Compass to return the trailer. Customer service reiterated multiple times that Compass is where I needed to go and I kept explaining they would not take it. Finally got it returned at the place the Compass lady sent me to. Lost almost an hour of my day because they haven’t updated whatever they need to update. If you don’t wanna take back U-Haul trailers fine, your decision. BUT update so that you are not shown as a “preferred” drop off location for trailer rentals.
