We have been here 1 year. Everything has went smoothly. My review is regarding the costs and customer service. They have raised our monthly fee around $60 every 2-3 months. We’re now paying triple what we were last year when we first started renting. we expected the cost to go up with time but the amount they are charging us in such little time is ridiculous. They have a ton of the same size units available online for three times less than what we pay. There are other options in Paulding that do not raise their fees at this rate. It’s impossible to reach this office by phone. I’ve called several times and left voicemails incase they were out of the office at the times I’ve been calling. No one has returned any of my calls. If you go in person they are nice. But if you’re someone who can’t drive to your unit every time you have question I would pick a different company.

I was thrilled that no rats nor water ruined any of my things. Not even a trace of mold was on my clothing left in there. Tom and Marianne were exceptional in working with me so that my movers could get all of my things without charging me for additional time needed at the storeage unit.
