A week later $329 is taken from my account so I call back and apparently $175 was the remaining balance because the total charge was $329. If I knew it was $329 upfront that would've been okay but their staff is giving wrong information.

the first time I went back to check my belongings I found out that these structures do not prevent rats or pollen from getting in and when I went to complain I was left outside in the rain banging on the door myself on their security camera tv. yes it was operational hours. also if you don't keep an eye on them they like to increase your bill and this will be the SENSITIVE information you'll receive in the mail. Hopefully you're not planning on moving... :) oh and their excuse to why that SENSITIVE info is the only thing not sent directly by email they'll tell you "well I get spam and junk emails" Also they have little experience with customer service and it shows, if you question billing they will talk as much as possible and you cannot interrupt them, the moment I spoke up she was done lmaoo so have fun!
