Approached the store general manager as she was just locking up to leave. Most places will send you off, nope, she instantly knew who I was and reopened to further assist me. Had rented a parking space and not a storage unit as I thought I did, she helped me correct that with extreme patience. Brought me to inspect the unit before leaving.
