The van was clean, appeared to be serviced, and was ready to go when we arrived. We returned the van after hours with no issues...easy. we highly recommend Compass for U-Haul rentals.

Everything went pretty smoothly during my U-Haul rental. I was able to do everything from my phone. The only thing that I would say is that the ‘approval’ process was lengthy and time consuming. I didn’t know I would have to wait for the company to verify me by calling two references I provided. This process took a little bit too long. I had the truck to move a mattress so I had it less than 4 hours. But overall the experience was good.

It's hard to find friendly staff these days but Rick was amazing and met all my needs! Service was quick and easy. I’ll definitely rent a U-haul here again.

The only reason I am not giving 5 stars is that the rate increased (a rate passed down from corporate) every 6 months and was more than we anticipated. We were able to return the car-hauler right before they left for the day so we got to meet them. SWEET PROPLE! My eldest daughter lives is the manager at Mavis (2500 Dixie Highway) so we are always hauling cars one-way to her. My first time dropping here, but we will use it again. We will also use THIS STORAGE FACILITY when my youngest moves to the area in December..

The office equipment wasn’t functioning, which turned a 3 minute trailer rental process into a 15 minute process. The staff member could not hook up the trailer to my vehicle herself, so I had to assist her. I have rented trailers many times and have never had to do this. I am completely unfamiliar with how to hook up trailers. My vehicle was damaged by the tongue of the trailer during this process, and I am now having to file a claim with Uhaul. When my husband called Compass to ask who to speak with about this issue, the same staff member told him to call Uhaul and then she hung up on him. All this for a $20 trailer rental....you're better off using the Uhaul rental on Hwy 41 in Kennesaw. They are efficient, well staffed, and have never damaged my vehicle.

Very friendly staff. Came to get uhaul. Easy pick up and drop off can be done at the counter or at the drop box. They have good storage options too.

Not as convenient as Extra Space storage. There are major disconnects between the online reservation and the individual offices. I reserved online and showed up a couple hours later only to find office closed for an hour. At Extra Space, it's all done electronically. I also had to fill out the same paperwork in person that I already had filled out online. Storage areas are clean and well kept and prices are reasonable.
