Unfortunately, my husband had an AFIB episode and had to be rushed to the hospital where I stayed with him for 2 days. LANA was SO helpful, answering every single phone call right away, reached out to her general manager immediately ANDRE to explain our situation & both of them were nothing short of understanding!! ANDRE even let us know when we finally were able to clean it out on Tuesday evening, that we could take our time and he understands if we’re unable to complete it that day! Not only were they both so helpful and understanding, ANDRE was waiting at the gate to let us in as soon as we arrived! I 100% recommend them!!!
