My wife and I used Compass to store our things for 2 years while searching for and moving into a house. The units themselves were clean, dry, and well maintained, which is something we were looking for after experiencing issues with a different company. We switched over to Compass and got a larger unit for less money ? The customer service has been great, and it's easy to reach an actual human on the phone when you need to contact them for whatever reason. The lady who usually works the front desk and runs the place day to day is very friendly, and she has gone above and beyond to help us multiple times. I'd recommend them to friends and family and I will use them again next time I have to move.

This is the second time we have used Compass Storage for our storage purposes. The complex is secure, the multiple sizes available mean anyone's needs can be met, pricing is fair, and the staff are friendly! I have no reason to look elsewhere :)

Melanie was kind when first signing up for a unit, then became nasty when I needed to end my storage needs. I don't know why a person needs a code, because anyone can just walk through the gate when it is open. I should know, it happened to me while Melanie was standing there. Second, there is a giant crater by the entrance, be careful when entering the property when Uhaul trucks are parked on the side. Third, Melanie said to me just call the office to make your payment and I can take it right over the phone. That's a lie, no one answers the phone and you have to go to the facility. Forth, they will bill you at a higher rate. I went online to find the phone number and saw that the unit I was renting was actually $10 less than my bill. Fifth, they require a 10 day notice when you are moving out so that you don't have to pay your next months bill. Only problem with that is you have to actually go into their office to fill out yet another form to do this. So what does one do if they are moving far away and can't transport something way before hand. Which would have been our situation. If you can't get ahold of the office, you're stuck with additional rent to pay. Not very good customer service or follow-thru. Plus they texted me 3 or 4 times to leave my review. This is why I wait to leave a review, you never know what will come up.

No room for maneuvering through with a trailer terrible lighting someone should learn how to manage parking the haul returns instead of cluttering the whole place Update: I adjusted my review to 3 stars per the efforts made to respond to my review as it was appreciated. It really is pretty tight there currently. The light directly over our unit by the wooded area was out and it was late so we couldn't see what we were doing either. I think what caused the conditions to be so cramped was due to so many uhauls being Parked around the lot. Had it not been for good trailer skills I never wouldve made it back out that night. Thank you for responding though.
