Beyond exceptional customer service. We noticed that the floor in our unit was a little wet so they got us transferred to another larger unit at no extra cost. They also gave us an extension on our rental time for the u-haul for the delay.

Easy to use. As soon as you walk in you are greeted and helped right away. Very kinda receptionist. Made for a smooth move!!!

The lady we dealt with closed her computer down 10 minutes prior to closing and said we'd have to come back the next day. We came back and Dave was great and very helpful. Dave isn't normally at this location but is an asset to the company. This lady that was more concerned about leaving at 6pm exactly is more of a liability. My 1 star is because of her. If we only dealt with Dave, it would have been a 5.

The truck was great, and the service was good. However, they only gave me 1/4 tank of gas, and i was driving further, so I needed to gas up twice.

Mixed experience so far. Trying to get set up with them was overly complicated, requiring a visit to their office during the fairly limited office hours. This was after already having gone through their contracting process and a terms of service agreement that rivals the iPhone ToS for length and complexity. The initial rate seemed reasonable until you factor in their rip off requirement for insurance at a jacked up rate plus administrative fee. So the “free” first month is no real bargain. I dealt with one extremely unhelpful employee in trying to get there before office closing for the gate code. They will want a copy of your driver’s license only at the office, despite the ease of capturing that online for purposes that seem a bit dubious, and will only give you the gate code in person, despite having collected their fees and enough personal data to be concerned about their data handling security measures. Having finally gotten to their office, I was greeted by a much more helpful employee who got me taken care of. Facility itself seems good. I should’ve read the other reviews before signing up here, but was in a jam. While my original plan was to use the space for 6-8 months, I’m now looking to get out of there ASAP.

Nice place, clean, well maintained grounds, except plan on significant price increases every 6 months. Two years ago my unit was $119 and just received my new monthly notification...$178. And if true to form the same unit will go up again 6 months from now. Budget accordingly or find another facility or think short term storage. Addendum...I would like to thank Compass Self Storage for the reply received on 10/17 "The self-storage business is a month-to-month business and as demand increases on our limited supply of units, at times, we do have to increase rental rates to cover additional business expenses." However, I think it is disingenuous to insert "at times" in your explanation. For full transparency, you have consistently raised my rates from inception every six months and I am simply pointing it out to prospective customers who may need to budget appropriately.

Bridgette was helpful and who I worked with from the start. She really helped me with my limited budget. Cameron however, was completely rude and unhelpful; citing policies that were not in place a few weeks before as I was requesting to make a partial payment. He then threatened to withhold my items from me and to charge me an additional month's fees because of my growing frustration to make a partial payment, which I had done a few weeks prior, as my pay is often unpredictable and I was attempting to make a payment in good faith. Completely uncalled for. Not sure where all these "professionalism" compliments are coming from for Cameron in the other reviews... maybe their his friends. Bridgette -- she's a peach!
