First off, she answered the phone, which you would think would be without saying, but you would be surprised how many companies direct you to a call center in another state or have nobody working on the property all the time. Andrea was polite, professional and answered all my questions. On move in day, despite being extremely busy, she maintained her professionalism and gave every customer the respect and time they deserved. Her customer service is beyond exceptional. I feel very confident in storing my belongings at this facility especially with the security in place and given the fact that someone is in the office 7 days per week. Andrea has restored my faith that good customer service still exists. Thank you! You have earned my respect. Top notch!

This is my first time with compass. Rented with others before but was never treated this well. Upon entering the store jarith walker greeted me and helped me in selecting a unit, then went over everything with me. I wasn’t even sure what size I needed so he took me out and showed me several units. I thought I needed a 10x10 but with his help I quickly realized I needed a 10x15. From start to finish he was OUTSTANDING to say the least. I’ve used other storage places in the past but I’ve never been treated nearly as well. If u need a storage unit this is the place to go!

The customer service at this location is 2nd to none. Andrea Jekielek is, without question, one of the kindest, most welcoming people I have ever met. She made me feel at home as soon as I'd entered her facility. I don't meet many people like Andrea and I can definitely say that she is a true asset to Compass Self Storage. She showed me the spots available for rental within 5 minutes of my arrival. our conversation was polite, friendly and professional. She showed me the competitive prices that Compass offered and helped get the space I need right away. She felt like a friend I hadn't seen in awhile. Audrey was awesome, really helpful and nice. Helped my business out tremendously. I've had units here for years in the past, and just came back under the new management. Audrey was one of the best customer service representatives I've ever dealt with in any industry. Compass is a clean, safe, and well maintained facility with plenty of different options. Would give more than five stars if Google would allow.

Compass Self Storage is now offering remote leasing or contactless leasing. To help our team members and those looking for storage, we are working with customers over the phone to help facilitate the rental process. Our remote leasing process allows us to safely rent to our tenants, without our tenants having to come in to our rental office or interact directly with facility management. Please note, our facility management is still on site. We are able to offer a wide range of options to rent remotely including but not limited to; tenants' ability to tour the facility without management while utilizing site maps, tenants' ability to complete the rental process over the phone, tenants' ability to complete rental documents utilizing email, tenants' ability to purchase merchandise and utilize truck rental service without management interaction. We are taking advantage of technology and the use of our phones to safely walk our tenants through the entire rental process while practicing social distancing.
