Danielle was phenomenal. I found a unit online that I was interested in, came into the location to inspect the unit, and Danielle walked me over and got me all set up with everything I needed. Very professional service. Everything was explained perfectly and the sign up process was very simple and quick. Great Facility- The Bldg is clean, good access, friendly staff, good prices, and well lit. My only suggestion is having water available- people get thirsty after 6 pm when loading or unloading items. Vending machine could be a n option. Thanks for the professionalism and wonderful customer service.

We've been a business customer at this location for 8+ years and could not be much happier with this site. The only issue we've had would be the rent increases over the years but business is business. The local staff is helpful, friendly, and accessible and seem to attend to all of their customers very well. The lot and site facilities/restroom are always in good/clean condition and we've not once had trouble accessing our units when needed. Great location near the major freeways and a pretty easy in/out layout. Highly recommend for your local storage needs.

I called two self-storage facilities in the area and Compass was the clear winner. On the initial call, all my questions were answered with patience and transparency – which was reassuring because I’d never rented a storage unit before. And during the site visit, Robert took care to walk us through how to enter the lot, navigate the building and exit. The facility was clean, secure and well lit. And the unexpected delights that made me feel comfortable and confident in my decision were the friendly people we encountered when moving things into the unit and the background music.

Got a new unit today, couldn't have been easier. Staff went above and beyond to get me into a unit I could afford. No fuss, great staff! Thank you!

My company has been leasing a unit from this facility for over 5 years. There have been multiple transfers of users and each has gone smoothly. Everyone here is always polite and welcoming and very helpful with deliveries I have to my unit. Today I had to switch to a different unit and had no idea where to begin. Donnell went above and beyond and fully answered all of my questions. He laid out all of my options and guided me through the process. I have always received a reply back to my questions and inquiries within 24 hours. The gentlemen at the desk were helpful and even though I had a reservation they took the time to show me different size units to make sure I had the right size. The facility and units were very clean. If you have storage somewhere else give them a call, you won’t regret it.

Great facility, friendly and knowledgeable staff & management. Unlike some of the other storage spaces I've been with, this one holds true with it's claims of climate controlled. The space is clean and there is never any hassle getting to your unit, and the pricing is very reasonable. Also they carry any packing materials that you might need. All around ??????????

This storage place is pretty much like any typical storage place. My hubby got it years ago. It is huge! It was also quite expensive! He'd had it a very long time, and he has a climate controlled unit. The prices go up every six months. I don't like that. Anyway, we went to take out the personal stuff, and gave up the unit to Compass so they could auction off the rest. The proceeds go to the Leukemia foundation. Now that I liked! So did hubby, and now we are out from under a $350+ bill a month! I guess storage units have their place, but I'd rather not have that extra bill.

Very friendly service. Donnell is fantastic! He showed me around, took his time and explained everything, with no rush. Great and clean facility too!

Homeless men live in the units. The people in the office are aware of it and don't do anything about it. There is NO lock on the door going into the building, and an easily-climbed cinder block wall to get in to the gated parking lot. From there, anyone can get into the building. Last night there was a man hanging out inside with 4 empty 40 oz beer cans, talking to himself and smoking a cigarette. I never felt safe there and I worried about my things that were stored there (we emptied our unit today). Less importantly, the building is filthy - can they not run a mop over the floors once a month? One star for the nice office staff, other than that I would avoid. EDIT TO ADD that there is a blood stain on the inner elevator door that has been there for at least nine years, the entire time we used Compass. No excuse.

At the door me and my elderly mother were greeted by Robert who held the door open. He then gave us a tour of units for my business. He gave old school customer service. He even pushed my mom in her wheelchair. I would give this place 10 stars if I could.

The units are nice and clean.As a new customer, signing up, customer service was great.Price fit my budget.Or should I say the introductory price fit my budget. Then, Covid and everything with it. After a few months, the price changed and I didn't receive notice as a heads up. Trying to reach someone at the facility, terrible ?. Good customer service, split, right out the window. Price just went up again, and again no notice.But, that invoice hits my email a week after I pay like clockwork. I think it's really sad how prices go up in negative situations, instead of going down, to look out for the consumer. Without us, you wouldn't have a job, business or company in the first place. But, this is how stores, businesses, companies go out of business. Forgetting why they created their business in the first place, for the consumer, right? Keep it affordable, no matter what.

The lady who worked there once in a while is great but the 2 guys who regularly work there are horrible people kicking people out left and right. I wouldn't have any issues and still allowed to keep renting there if I didn't go behind their backs and gone down to the cheaper unit to pay almost half of my monthly payment but I knew they were lying and rented the cheaper unit from the nice lady. But they kicked me out because I moved into the cheaper unit behind their backs.
