I needed advice on sizing, she helped me out answering all my questions . No hidden fees. She was very thorough. Also Compass is reasonably priced and very clean and has great safety cameras! Terrible staff horrible service illegal fees management is horrible avoid at all cost. They don’t price match for the exact thing they hate repeat customers and only give half way decent discounts to new customers. They will charge you double and charge you even after you moved out.

I would love to give them 5 stars, however in the year I've been with them they have raised rates 3 times. I never had that issue at u-haul. I started from low $200 and now I'm at $283. I thought my rate was locked in for a year, but that was not the case. The first time they raised the rate was only a few months after I started leasing from them. Of course, once you move things in it's not as easy as just switching to another facility. It's a ton of work. So I'm stuck with it for now. The facility itself is nice and well cared for, but the rate has increase is extremely frustrating and I don't plan on leasing from Compass in the future because of it.
