She made everything very easy and understandable. So far everything works as advertised. On my arrival, the truck was in the parking lot however; there was a sign on the door indicating that the associates would not be back until 1440. I called the number on the door, to no avail. Then I contacted UHaul who attempted to make contact with the location with no success. The payment had already been processed. So let this serve as a warning, if you rent a truck from UHaul at this location, call ahead. I wasted time and gas driving out to this location only to find no available. Also, there was a woman outside the location yelling as she could not get inside, so it doesn't have an attendant as suggested by hours listed. (Pictures added for proof.)

Been here for 3yrs now. They do a great job at keeping the place clean & well maintained, but I'm VERY disappointed in how they treat long time customers. My rate for a 10×20ft drive-up climate controlled storage unit started out at $225/month. Then they kept raising the price every 4 months or so to now, $382/mo ??? I feel taken advantage of at this point. They know you don't want to inconvenience yourself in transferring everything over to a different place, but it may soon be my time to go elsewhere at this price. Another drawback to this particular location is no 24hr restroom on site. Slightly inconvenient if you have a business & always there taking inventory, etc at different hours of the day/night or loading/unloading at night. I've been to other storage facilities that have this amenity. Staff has always been friendly & they finally put new LED security lights throughout so it feels safe at night.

Stopped in to Compass to rent a unit as it is close to home and also reserve a U-Haul for a future move. Jen was so helpful! She showed me the unit and explained how everything works. She also helped with the rental and made sure I were comfortable with that piece. Jen even shared information on U-haul movers to help with loading and unloading which is something we needed and was much less expensive than what I had been looking at. Our remote leasing process allows us to safely rent to our tenants, without our tenants having to come in to our rental office or interact directly with facility management. We are able to offer a wide range of options to rent remotely including but not limited to; tenants' ability to tour the facility without management while utilizing site maps, tenants' ability to complete the rental process over the phone, tenants' ability to complete rental documents utilizing email, tenants' ability to purchase merchandise and utilize truck rental service without management interaction. We are taking advantage of technology and the use of our phones to safely walk our tenants through the entire rental process while practicing social distancing.
