This storage unit checks all my boxes! I’m in and out a lot so I really wanted something on the ground floor so I wouldn’t be carrying heavy boxes up and down the stairs all the time. It’s temperature controlled so I can take my time to organize everything the way I like it. They have a safe space to hold my incoming packages. And Jennifer is SO nice, so accommodating and so efficient, which really makes all the difference. Also, they play music at a reasonable volume in the hall that really elevates the space without overwhelming the senses. It’s a 10/10 for me.

Spacious storage for a reasonable price. Professional and dedicated staff. I can't speak for all locations but the location on Van Dyke and 23 mile I have been using for almost 2 years now and it's the first storage facility that I have used that actually had understanding and competent staff like Brian. So far my experience has been professional and information was always upfront Update. Still a great place for storage. The pandemic hasn't been kind to anybody and this business has always been helpful and of course up front with everything. Good reminders and good storage.
