She explained that every 6 months the rent increases to eventually become comparable with the competition. This Compass Self Storage is a hidden gem in Manville. Drove in this area many times and never saw it, until I did a Google search. My father and I were immediately greeted by Linda, who is an amazing person. Linda takes the time to explain the process of renting a unit and will try her best to accommodate you to find the right one. I also met Shane when I came into the office on another day and he is very nice. My father has rented multiple storage units my whole life in NY and NJ. This is the first time I ever seen customers who are very friendly and happy to be renting units. The units are also clean, and customers have 24/7 access into the property. This location also has their own truck, so no need to use U-haul anymore, lol. I highly recommend renting a unit here!

Since I had used this facility when first moving into town years ago and was familiar with the site, I decided to use them again..This latest experience was even better than the last. General Manager Shaine Rittman and Manager Linda Rosario each went over and above their "call of duty" to make the move in and the move out as stress free as possible; especially with the use of their Compass u-haul truck. They both were friendly, patient and efficient in answering our questions, eager to help when needed and treated us like family. -- you know --the kind that actually cares for each other!
