I showed up to grab a package from the Amazon lockers one minute before closing, and the desk staff was extremely kind to me and let me grab it. I'm in town for a conference and the gentleman even helped me find my way back to the convention center quickly. You guys are awesome and really saved the day for me. Thank you.

Customer service at my location (Superior Avenue, Cleveland Ohio) is always top tier. They really care about the experience that you have while renting the units and I appreciate that. I had to rent an additional unit recently due to my expanding business and the entire process took 10 minutes tops. Great conversation, clean environment and very dependable storage facility. I have been here a few years and I don't plan on relocating any time soon.

Lauren was very kind; however, there were a couple of things to note. We received the truck at half a tank of gas when we should have received it full. There were also damages to the Penske truck when we picked it up, and Lauren promised us he would mark them down so we would not be penalized. He did not do that and when we dropped it off we were told we had to pay for the damages. Thankfully, they took our word for it, but if they had not been so kind, we would have been fined. If you get a Penske truck from here, document any and all damages or you will get fined!

This is a great place to rent a storage unit. I have rented a unit here over two separate summers for my son who is a college student in Cleveland. The customer service is excellent. They help you choose the right size unit and touch base with you when your invoice is due if you are not setup on autopay. The move out process is very simple and uncomplicated. The setup was easy and they were very friendly. The storage room looks good with cameras all over the place.

The entire team was extremely helpful and nice in assisting me in all my needs, showing me different units until I found the right one for me and finding the best rates for me. Their communication was great at all times, calling checking up on my date of arrival, etc to ensure they had everything ready to go.
