We arrived to pick up our Penske hire van and Jeff, who works for the affiliated storage unit company, was there to help us. Very cheery warm welcome and he asked us to be patient because he was co wrong for the van company staff. When it came time to put our drivers license into the system, it wouldn’t accept ours because it is from Italy (where we live). I made the booking online from Italy and nothing said a foreign license was a problem. Jeff was amazing. He didn’t get flustered, he was very kind to us, even though the office suddenly filled up with 6 more customers and he was alone. He calmly went through the computer system, which ultimately said “tell the customer to go to the DMV” — Jeff laughed with us as we all agreed that was a ridiculous solution because we don’t live in America! He called the head office and talked to a service person who was totally uninterested in the success of the transaction and told Jeff he had no other ideas beyond the DMV. Jeff got off the phone, thought for a minute and helped us creatively solve the whole problem by using my American sister in law to help us. This saved the whole day — which was my birthday, and we were spending it moving my mother into a care home. It could have been terribly upsetting and actually a disaster for our time schedule if we hadn’t had Jeff’s willingness to not give up and to go above and beyond to help us out. We turned the van back in this morning and Jeff greeted us at the door, asked how it all went, thanked us for our business. Honestly, one of the most top- notch service experiences I’ve received in ages. Thanks Jeff for taking care of us.

Overall I had a great experience with compass self storage. They’re a bit more pricey than other storage places you could rent from, but it’s worth it… I like the location it’s in a safe neighborhood/area. Also it has a sense of great security for you, gate closes and locks behind you and its cameras literally everywhere. Also Jennifer is who made this experience great moving can definitely get a Bit frustrating, so it’s just great to have someone who really goes above and beyond for you! She has been definitely a great person to talk to and her words of encouragement and advice has been very appreciated. Normally you just don’t get that nomore with dealing with business and people. So it’s just great to still come across the good people that’s still out there! Thankyou so much Jennifer keep being the great person you are!

I emailed Jennifer last minute to store stuff that I didn't realize I didn't have the space for. She got back to me very quickly, was super professional, and answered every question I had. She let me know she wouldn't be in when I actually came in to finish things up but made sure to leave my information for Jeff, the General Manager. Today Jeff was just as fabulous as Jennifer! He was really informative, and took us to see what our options looked like, and made sure we had the supplies and information we needed to safely store our home items until we ultimately move them where we need them. I cannot recommend Compass enough, I feel like my business is clearly valued and the facility shows that Jennifer and Jeff take pride in their facility.

There is so much to say about Jeff at Compass Storage I don't even know where to begin. He is easy to speak with and really does great job with customer care and customer service. In my opinion Jeff is an amazing manager. He has always helped me to the best of his ability when ever I had any concerns or questions. This week I was at my wits end. My key had broken of in my lock with no way to get into my unit. I placed a call to Jeff and not only did he handle my need with concern and care but he worked rentlessly and with determination not only one day but two days to help get my key free from the lock. Thank you Jeff for the integrity and character you show forth on a daily basis.

Overall solid experience Clean facility! Being able to park inside is more convenient than I can explain! Friendly staff. The only downside are the price increases. Unfortunately you get that at every storage facility so it's a downside no matter where you go. I would recommend this place to others especially if you are looking for a short term storage facility!
