I don’t leave many reviews but this is not a place you want to do business. I had a U-Haul rental scheduled for pick up and the guy was very unprofessional and rude. I would not recommend anyone to book a rental with Tyler Kerr at Compass. The experience was very poor and a complete misrepresentation of U-Haul. You would be better served steering clear of this business.

Rented a unit and Gus M. was awesome. Made me feel welcomed from the minute I walked in the office. Have amazing rates on units and keeps the property clean.

The staff were great! They were very polite professional and helpful with finding me a unit. The manager brought waters for me as I was moving into my unit and even helped with my trash. The unit was clean and rodent free. They have the best prices and service, I recommend anyone in the area to use their facility.

My experience is that I got great service, I had a unit reserved within minutes of my call and when I arrived, the unit was ready, cleaned, the staff offered me water knowing I had to unload the trailer and even asked if I needed a dolly to help my move go more smoothly. Having a 20 foot cargo trailer to unload, taking a little bit longer than i expected but the management stopped by to check on me and asked if I needed anything. Just over all great service, a clean facility and I can see management takes pride in the management of day to day operations.

My experience was more than five stars. Tyler had great customer service from pick-up to drop off. Everything was handle every timely and excellence.

my storage unit went from $100 to $167 & it’s the exact same unit. no climate control, no change in size, they have raised the price several times. there’s plenty of other places for cheaper & bigger units. the customer service is fine & i like the people who work there but definitely don’t recommend for the price. it’s a rip off & I’m unfortunately stuck here for a couple of different reasons & have no way of moving my stuff before the price increases on july 1. super bummer, just want to warn y’all beforehand.

When my sister and I could not find our unit, the manager came out on his golf cart and personally drove us right to it. Finally, our unit was clean. It was not overrun with pests and insects, and I felt comfortable leaving my stuff there. If you need storage, use Compass. You won't regret it!
