Ric at the front desk was very kind and helpful. We were able to see the unit before signing and the facility and the grounds were clean and well-kept.

I was impressed with the quality of the units. The staff were friendly and attentive. Fair prices. Ask for Andrew!

I cane on Friday and the service was great trying to earn my business.. today I came to pickup a scheduled U-Haul and I got a different service. The truck was not ready.. He had another customer who kindly allowed me to jump line as i was in a rush but the service desk was unfriendly.. unhelpful and probably people like that are better off staying at home than going to work!!! Toss the coin and walk into that storage facility.. cross your fingers as you do not know what to expect.

I would not recommend using this company for U-Haul truck rentals. I ordered a truck and utility dolly to pick up via mobile pick-up. The utility dolly was not in the vehicle as promised. I reported this on the mobile check-in app. However, after returning the vehicle I received a charge of $100 for the "missing dolly". I promptly called the location and the employee told me he would file a claim with U-Haul and call me back. A week later, I called to follow-up and another employee told me he could do nothing to help me and I should contact U-Haul directly. Not a great experience and would not recommend to others.

This is a great place. Office staff is great and the units are very clean. Highly recommend!

Nice place. Nice people that worked there. But I had the same experience as a precious poster. My rate jumped almost 100% over my time there. Pretty much like clockwork every two months they raised the rates. I’m sure some of it was for higher electricity rates but felt like they were just making up for empty units.

Very good and kind customer service! I appreciate them helping me find the size of unit that works best for me.

Accidentally locked my keys in my storage unit, within minutes they had my lock off, car keys in my hand, and a new lock back on the storage unit door. They where very professional, verifing my credentials first and quickly going into action, no further questions asked. Only cost was for the new lock

Amazing customer service! I spoke with someone over the phone asking about a specific unit and he suggested I come down to make sure the space was right before I paid for it. I went down the next day with my husband and we had the pleasure of working with Allen. He showed us the unit we wanted and showed us an additional unit. Overall went with the first. Security is also top notch and I couldn’t recommend this place enough, will definitely be back if I need another storage unit. Thank y’all again for the help, much appreciated!

This location is super clean. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. You can tell they really care about what they are doing. They happily answered all my questions. The rental process was very easy. They cost more than other storage companies nearby, but they offered discounts which actually made it more cost effective for my short term rental. The place was so impressive that I don't mind paying a little more for the peace of mind that my belongings will be bug and rodent-free. I highly recommend Compass Storage!
