I really really deeply appreciate her empathizing with me and working with me. She was very understanding and relatable throughout this entire process. I’m so glad that she serviced me. Im not from Texas and had to fly in to help Thank God for DeNorma working with us . Don't know what I would do without her ....Compass better keep her around I know some Big Companies that will take her and her loyalty and customer service. She understands people and situations.

Being that I just moved to Texas the staff was very welcoming and helpful. I felt at home with the conversation I had with the young man at the desk I wish I could remember his name but his manager Ms. Denorma has an exceptional team member couldn’t ask for anything else. He welcomed my family and I to Texas and was very kind. Couldn’t have been a greater experience.

Compass is Great ! The company should value DeNorma she is a great salesman and all around efficient spacemaster! She helped me pack it right !

Longtime returning customer and have had 2 units at one time here and have referred other customers to this GP facility.. Being told that my rate increased due to the length of time of storing here was very concerning for me.. A $32 increase is ridiculous and unbelievable for a loyal paying customer.. Last year I was forced to moved to another unit because of a customer next to my unit had a leak of something coming from inside the Cust unit and took days to get access inside. BTW still never received a EMAIL or notice of the price increase.. Yes I paid it this month because I don’t need any late fees added to my now $208 storage bill. There are less price units and it’s time to make the move since loyalty means nothing these days

I Have two Buildings with this facility Demorna has been very Helpful in all my decision and helping me with anything i need when i have a problem but the rate hikes are alarming and concerning to me to the point that i am about to purchase a building to go outside my home because now i am paying the same prices that i would be to rent a building I'm going to hate to part ways but the consistent rate hikes is way too much for me.

Compass better protect Denorma at All cost !!!! We need more people like her giving AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE AND KNOWLEDGE!!!

A 50 dollars increase is a bit much? Rate keep changing and at one time I had 4 units. No loyalty to customers. DeNorma is Exceptional and has been since 2019
